The dawning of a new year, and it seems like the world is finally heading in the right direction! I hope everyone's great, and you all get your vaccines soon! I've been busy. Useless came out a few months ago, and I'm delighted to say it's been selling like curry chips at Kebabalicious! (Really, January's sales are the best I've had since 2014, and I think you all for that.) And the reviews have been amazing. Thanks to all of you who took the time to say something nice about it.
I also published a short story, A Backstitch in Spacetime, from scenes that wouldn't fit into Useless. To my surprise, it's been a shock hit as well! I love it! Thanks so much, everybody!
I must thank one reviewer from Amazon.ca, Acacia Grove, who graciously gave Useless a five star review even though, as the reviewer said, it was in need of proofreading. It seems the wrong version was sent to Amazon, and now its been replaced with an error free copy. For those of you who had to read through the typos, please forgive me. I think it was so kind of Acacia Grove (whoever he or she may be) to give the book five stars even in the shape it was in. Many have given my books one star for much, much less. If you happen to be reading this, please drop me a line (from the contact page here). I want to thank you personally.
The new version of Useless comes with a new cover as well. It's now brighter. I wonder if readers prefer the new or the older one? Drop me a line and let me know!
Also, I updated the cover to Hand In The Till. What do you think?
I haven't just been updating covers, though, ha ha. I'm hard at work on the eagerly awaited next book in the Derry Women series, The Secret of Ursula's Irish Stew. I've penciled it in for a release in June. You can pre-order it on Amazon if you'd like. Just click the photo for the link!
Phew! So that's a lot going on! Maybe I should post here on my blog a bit more often! Anyway, I hope you're all fine! Drop me a line if you want! I love to hear from my readers!
